These terms apply to your use of CometAI, a bills, subscriptions, payments, and income organizer published by To Infy. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

What CometAI does

CometAI helps you record and review financial activities, budgets, dates, and reminders. It is an organizational tool only. It does not connect to or control your bank account, move money, pay bills, or provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for independently confirming payment amounts, dates, balances, and obligations. Reminders are a convenience and may be affected by device settings, permissions, battery controls, or operating-system behavior.

Local data and backups

Your app data begins on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for creating an export before replacing, resetting, or uninstalling it if you use CometAI without an account. If you choose to sign in, the app may back up and synchronize your data through To Infy’s service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

CometAI may offer a one-time lifetime purchase or an auto-renewing subscription. The exact product, price, billing period, included features, and any trial are shown on the store purchase screen before you confirm. An auto-renewing subscription renews until cancelled under the rules of the app store associated with your device. You can restore purchases and open subscription management from CometAI Settings, or manage and cancel through your app-store account.

Apple or Google processes the payment. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period unless the applicable store or law provides otherwise. Refund eligibility is determined by the store’s rules and applicable law. Features and limits available without purchase are identified in the app.

Acceptable use

You may use CometAI for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, redistribute, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep CometAI reliable, but do not promise that the app or notifications will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, CometAI is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To Infy is not responsible for missed payments, financial decisions, or indirect losses arising from reliance on app entries, forecasts, or reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
